Yup, big props to ya. It gets really hard for me to keep the workout thing going from Oct-Jan because I am just so stressed and swamped with work and life but you gotta make time at least 3 days a week to get it done.

Felt tired today with a sore shoulder. 30 Min Cardio. Half presses with chest. Hurt to go deep.

Keep up the good work, but there may not be a "here" after this month so it would behoove you to consider other options.
I am switching my e-mail and web hosting and do not know if I will throw the site back up that fast.
